You can order online via our secure credit card facility or can purchase direct from our Perth warehouse to avoid freight costs.

When you order online via our secure credit card facility at checkout select desired shipping option of standard delivery or pickup. Selecting pickup will remove shipping costs.

Your order will be sent through to us to prepare for either dispatch or for pickup direct from our Perth warehouse.

Delivery Information

Please allow up to (2-3 business days) for delivery once your item(s) has been shipped from our warehouse. Weekend and after-hours delivery is not available.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.

Treat Time uses a combination of Australia Post and Courier's for deliveries within Australia to ensure you receive the best possible service to the region you live in.

It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address.

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please contact us and we can follow this up for you.

Delivery / Shipping Charges

We have a flat rate of $7.50 on all orders under 3kg's to anywhere in Australia.

Additional kilograms are charged at $1.00 per kilogram.

An estimated shipping cost will be provided when articles are added to your shopping cart.

The final shipping charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.

SECURITY CODE - CVV

CVV is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand. The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards.

This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.

The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit card and that the card account is legitimate. Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2 and MasterCard calls it CVC2.)

The back panel of most Visa/MasterCard cards contain the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code. To aid in the prevention of fraudulent credit card use, we now require the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your credit card. When you submit your credit card information your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology certified by a digital certificate.
